A. Recruit, hire and promote
for all job classifications without regard to race, creed, religion,
color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, except where sex is
a legal bona fide occupational qualification or age, and to base all
such decisions upon the individuals qualifications and ability to perform
the work to be assigned, consistent with position requirements;

B. Administer, consistent with position requirements,
personnel actions such as compensation, benefits, transfers, layoff,
return from layoff, company sponsored training, education, tuition
assistance, social and recreation programs without regard to race,

D. SH&E is pledged
