| Background
Mr. Anderson first joined SH&E in 1990 and left in 1996 to
pursue an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management. Upon graduation,
Mr. Anderson was employed as a strategy consultant and engagement
manager with McKinsey & Co. and Marakon Associates, respectively.
During his tenure with Marakon, Mr. Anderson worked directly with
the corporate management team (including the CFO) of a leading
global aerospace firm to turn around its financial performance
through strategic and organizational changes. Mr. Anderson also
worked directly with management teams within the global aerospace
firm to create new leasing and services businesses. Mr. Anderson
has advised management teams on strategic and financial restructurings
at both the corporate and business levels, including a manufacturer
and marketer of personal appliances and a leading, global manufacturer
of telecommunications equipment. |
