Andreas Britz , SH&E Principal
Area of Specialization
Mr. Britz is a Principal for SH&E’s Technical Services Practice with specialized expertise in VIP aircraft interior completion, program management, aircraft engineering and specification.  Mr. Britz’s expertise extends to interior layout development, VIP seat design, certification, maintenance, product implementation and program management.  He is also an active EASA Base Maintenance certifying Engineer and Line Maintenance certifying technician. 
Client Engagement
Middle Eastern Head of State VVIP Redesign of several rooms with design and replacement of the entire IFE system to a state of the art customized IFE system, including program management for a 777-200 VVIP aircraft.

Assessing and managing several heavy maintenance checks including VVIP cabin reconfiguration for 747 VVIP aircraft.

Program management of BBJ2, 757 & 767 specification and reconfiguration of minor and major changes together with heavy maintenance checks.

Management of a large outside line station for a commercial operator. Responsible for shop, store and personnel. Establishing and maintaining of customer relations and quality services for other commercial operator . Handling of all irregularities. Establishing and maintaining a relationship with the authorities.

Background
Mr. Britz has more then 20 years experience in the aviation industry. Before joining SH&E, Mr. Britz was an Account Manager with Lufthansa Technik’s VIP and Excecutive Jet Maintenance Group where he ran numerous VVIP programs for several head of state clients. Prior to that, Mr. Britz spent 17 years with Lufthansa German Airlines in various positions within their maintenance and line station engineering departments. During that period he was responsible for one of the largest line station maintenance operation.
