Prior to joining SH&E, Mr. Chen served as Director of Customer Service for Emery Worldwide – Purolator Courier where he oversaw the merger of the two customer services and terminal operations units. At Purolator Courier, he consolidated field service operations and created a corporate Quality Assurance function.
