Background Mr. De Jaeger has over 20 years of experience in the industry and recently joined SH&E. Before this move, Mr. De Jaeger was employed at aircraft manufacturers Northrop, McDonnell Douglas and Boeing, providing an in-depth technical knowledge foundation. He also brings a strong financial background, having earned his MBA at the University of Southern California. Mr. De Jaeger worked at Boeing Capital Corporation and FINOVA where he was involved with transactions from point of strategic project identification to risk exposure analysis, to the final negotiation for sale or lease of assets. As the leader of Asset Management Group for DaimlerChrysler Capital Services, Mr. De Jaeger strengthened relationships with Raytheon, Dassault, Eurocopter, Bombardier, Embraer, Boeing and Airbus. He is also an ISTAT-certified Appraiser.
