Michael J. Dyment is the Executive Vice President of SH&E, Inc., and is responsible for key client and service line areas of the Firm, including business and organizational strategy, business transformation services, cost reduction and supply chain improvement, business transformation outsourcing and multi-level risk management. He provides management advisory services to the airline, air cargo, aerospace and financial sectors. He has over 23 years experience in the aviation industry. Background
Prior to joining SH&E, Mr. Dyment was an Officer and Vice President of the Travel and Transportation Practice of A.T. Kearney, Inc. From 1996 to 2002 he served in the business consulting unit of Arthur Andersen LLP, where he was the managing partner of its global Aviation Industry Practice. In the early 1990’s he was a Principal with Booz Allen & Hamilton, Inc. and led its Washington DC based Civil Aviation Practice, a unit of the worldwide technology business. He speaks widely on aviation matters, and his opinion is regularly sought by the media. He has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, the International Herald Tribune, the Financial Times and the Los Angeles Times, for example. He contributes to stories in Forbes, Wired Magazine and Business Week, and is a guest on network news channels, offering insights on aviation industry matters.
