Fleming, SH&E Principal Area of Specialization Mr. Fleming specializes in the field of information technology and software engineering and has applied his 25 years of experience to the field of aviation since joining SH&E. His responsibilities include the development of strategic planning software products and establishing the long-term technical direction of all SH&E software products. Mr. Fleming is an expert in object-oriented technology, software engineering processes and tools, C and C++ programming, Internet technology, distributed applications, system software, software portability, and interoperability. He has published articles in several trade publications, has made presentations at various industry conferences, and has been an active participant in several industry standards committees.
