Prior to joining SH&E, Mr. Fleming was Chief Technology Officer at Cadre Technologies, Inc., a pioneer in computer-aided software engineering products. He was a co-founder of Cadre, and the architect and chief designer of Teamwork, a distributed, multi-user, UNIX and VMS workstation-based design automation system for software and systems engineers. |
