Mr Halliwell is a highly motivated specialist in the development of management systems and training courses, carrying out operational reviews, compliance audits, quality assessments and inspections of airport and airline operations. His field of expertise includes Aviation and Business Security, Risk Management, Terminal and Ramp Operations, Emergency Planning, Ground Handling, Health and Safety, Fire Safety Management, Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting Services. Mr. Halliwell is a highly experienced Lead Auditor and Evaluator having lead many audits globally.

Background
Mr. Halliwell has spent over 15 years in Aviation, focusing primarily on Airport Management. Prior to joining SH&E, Mr. Halliwell was employed in the role of Assistant Director at IATA responsible for Quality Assurance of the global Operational Safety Audit programme – IOSA. He has served two highly successful tenures in two airport management companies and served in a variety of roles, namely Global Risk Manager, Group Aviation Security Auditor, Safety Advisor, Terminal Management, Emergency Planning Manager, Airside Operations Management. Additional successes have been the development of global self-assessment systems and performance measurement frameworks for a variety of airport functional areas. Mr Halliwell has represented airports on many industry-working groups.
