Background
Before joining SH&E, Mr. Mackay worked for IBA Group Limited, as Senior Analyst.  He provided aviation business consultancy services to a diverse client base that included aircraft and engine manufacturers, owners and operators, as well as major banks, financial institutions and governments world-wide.  Prior to that, Mr. Mackay was employed as Logistics Analyst for a specialist logistics business, providing consultancy services to the Aviation sector within Australasia.  This involved working with Government Departments, Corporates, Producer Boards, Exporters, Freight Forwarders, Airports, and Airlines.  Before completing graduate business studies, Mr. Mackay was employed as a line pilot for a major flag carrier.
