Carlos R. Ozores, SH&E Principal

Area of Specialization
Mr. Ozores joined SH&E in 2004 after several years in airline revenue management.  While at SH&E, he has conducted analyses for projects in network and schedule development and optimization, commercial strategy, market demand studies,  financial valuation, and air service marketing.  He has extensive experience in the use of NETWORKS, SH&E’s in-house scheduling and route analysis software.  Mr. Ozores also has considerable expertise in revenue management, pricing, sales, and distribution.

Background
Prior to joining SH&E, Mr. Ozores worked as a pricing analyst for Air France, where he was responsible for off-tariff US-market pricing.  His responsibilities included evaluating competitive trends and recommending pricing strategies to increase revenue and market share.  In the course of his work, he gained expertise in MIDT analysis, distribution, and the challenges of commercial policy harmonization within the scope of a Global Alliance.  Prior to Air France, Mr. Ozores was a revenue management analyst at American Airlines.
