Dr. Emre Serpen has extensive experience in the successful development and implementation of airline strategy, change management, restructuring programs globally. Working in partnership with airlines’ CEOs,  his projects delivered significant financial and strategic benefits for his clients. He is expert in commercial strategy, commercial and operational restructuring. He pioneered the development of an advanced airline business process model. He won an ATIS award for industry leading insights in 2002 and he is a frequent speaker and contributor to Airline Business and other similar publications worldwide.

Background
Before joining SH&E, Dr. Serpen was a Vice President with Sabre Airline Solutions where he developed Sabre’s airline consulting group and as Senior Partner, he had regional oversight of Europe and Asia.  Previously he worked in the Travel and Transport practice of Gemini Consulting in London where he was part of the global management team and led the airline IM Center of Excellence. He also founded a global IT strategy and systems consulting business and delivered advanced technology projects for airlines and airports for Ove Arup.
