Background Prior to joining SH&E, Ms. Stock gained more than eight years of experience in complex financial analysis in the US and Australia. Her assignments included planning forecasts and modeling for real estate ventures, financial analysis for M&A transactions and corporate financial planning. At the management consulting company, Parthenon Group, she examined client profitability for a financial services company. In Sydney, Australia, as an Associate Director for Oxley Financial Group, Ms. Stock analyzed financial solutions and valuations for real estate ventures. Earlier, Ms. Stock worked for McDonald Investments as an Investment Banking Associate concentrating on mergers and acquisitions in the financial services sector. She analyzed and developed different financial structures predominantly on the sell side and consistently met with top management teams to negotiate transactions.
