Peter Stumpp, SH&E Vice President
Area of Specialization
Mr. Stumpp specializes in market analysis and forecasting, air cargo, and airport noise studies. He has participated in a wide variety of projects ranging from airport management consulting to military base reuse planning, and has conducted numerous air cargo projects that include forecasting domestic and international cargo traffic, analyzing the demand for airport cargo facilities, and evaluating the impact of information technology on the air freight industry. Mr. Stumpp's published work includes an article on airport cargo planning in the McGraw-Hill Handbook of Airline Economics.

Background
Prior to joining SH&E, Mr. Stumpp was at Data Resources, Incorporated, an economic forecasting firm. As Director of Rail Services for DRI, he provided forecasts and other consulting services to the nation's leading railroads, monitoring the demand for rail, truck and barge freight services. Mr. Stumpp also worked for Technical Economic Services, a division of the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation supplying planning and marketing information to the electric utility and natural gas industries.
