As ICF’s Co-Chairman – ECT Practice and SH&E’s President, Mr. Treitel lends his expertise to many of SH&E’s assignments. His experience includes route, fleet and strategic planning; financial and investment advisory services, including fairness and value opinions of airlines and aviation assets; industry analysis; management consulting; and corporate strategy services. Mr. Treitel has appeared as an expert witness before the U.S. House of Representatives Aviation Subcommittee, Department of Transportation, State and Federal Courts. He is a frequent speaker on airline industry issues and has given confidential briefings to government officials. |
