Gary M. Weissel, SH&E Vice President
Area of Specialization
Mr. Weissel is the managing officer for SH&E’s Technical Services Practice with specialized expertise in asset management, aircraft brokering, program management, aircraft engineering and specification.  Mr. Weissel leads SH&E’s Aircraft Remarketing Services and Aircraft Management Program.  His expertise extends to interior layout development, seat design, certification, maintenance, product implementation and program management.  He is also an active member of SH&E’s Safety Practice.

Background
Mr. Weissel has 19 years experience in the aviation industry.  Before joining SH&E, Mr. Weissel was a Senior Program Manager with B/E Aerospace’s Seating Products Group where he ran numerous first class programs for major international airlines.  Prior to that, Mr. Weissel spent nine years with Delta Air Lines, Inc. in various positions within their engineering and technical specification departments.  He was instrumental on the Delta team which recommended and then implemented Delta’s BusinessElite 2-class transoceanic service.
