SH&E FEATURED PROJECT

SH&E estimates that the proposed American Airlines DFW-PEK service will generate $180 Million Annually for the State of Texas.

SH&E’s Airport Consulting Practice has been retained by Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport (DFW) to conduct both air service marketing and economic impact analysis for the regulatory environment.  Among the consulting assignments performed, SH&E consultants have developed a domestic and international strategic air service marketing plan for DFW, including specific air carrier route forecasting and analysis, provided analysis and support for DFW’s Wright Amendment position, and developed the economic case for American Airlines’ proposed Dallas/Ft. Worth – Beijing non-stop service. 

The proposed American Airlines Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) – Beijing Capital international Airport (PEK) non-stop service will generate an economic impact $180 Million annually for the State of Texas, and will provide first-time one-stop Beijing service for 30 additional airports in eight states.
