		Airports Council International 2010 Air Service & Data Planning Seminar David Dague, SH&E Principal, presented a Quality of Service Index workshop at the seminar on January 26, 2010 in Las Vegas, NV.
		November 2009 Journal of Revenue and Pricing Manangement Larry Michaels, SH&E Vice President, and Steve Fletcher, SH&E Principal, co-wrote an article published in the November 2009 Journal of Revenue and Pricing Manangement titled Competing in an LCC World. The JRPM article discusses the way in which low cost carriers price their product and revenue manage their flights which poses a commercial challenge to their traditional competitors, and also questions the validity of the conventional airline revenue management theory and practice.
		Chromalloy Independent & Alternative Materials Conference Nick Fazioli, SH&E Senior Manager – Financial and Technical Services, presented an overview of the MRO and Alternative Materials Marketplace at the conference in Guilin, China, December 15, 2009.

		13th Annual Latin American & Caribbean Airline Engineering & Maintenance Conference Jonathan Berger, SH&E Vice President and MRO Services Leader, was a featured presenter at the 13th Annual Latin American & Caribbean Airline Engineering & Maintenance Conference in Rio de Janeiro, December 1, 2009. Mr. Berger discussed current MRO Activity Worldwide and in Latin America and the Caribbean.
		10th Annual Managing Aircraft Maintenance Costs Conference Chris Dailey, SH&E Vice President was a guest speaker at the 10th Annual Managing Aircraft Maintenance Costs Conference, held November 25, 2009 in Lisbon, Portugal. Mr. Dailey discussed Operational Excellence: Saving Indirect Maintenance Costs.
		Arab Aviation Summit David Treitel, SH&E President and ICF International Co-Chairman of Energy, Climate & Transportation, was a featured speaker at the Arab Aviation Summit held in Doha, Qatar on November 21-22, 2009. Mr. Treitel discussed the Pros and Cons of Global and Unilateral Emissions Trading in the Aviation Industry.
		9th Annual Central & Eastern Europe Airline Engineering & Maintenance and Supply Chain Conference Emre Serpen, SH&E Vice President and Leader-Business Transformation Services, discussed Improvements in Airline Performance – Overcoming Restraints, at the conference, 4-5 November, 2009 in Warsaw, Poland.
		9th Annual Aircraft Maintenance Outsourcing Conference for the Americas Jonathan Berger, SH&E Vice President and MRO Services Leader, was a featured presenter at the 9th Annual Aircraft Maintenance Outsourcing Conference for the Americas in Hollywood, FL November 11-12, 2009. 		The FAA’s 25th Annual Great Lakes Region Airports Conference Sonjia Murray, SH&E Vice President, presented an Outlook for the Aviation Industry at the conference, held November 4-6, 2009 in Chicago, IL
		Freighters World Conference Eliot Lees, SH&E Vice President, discussed Niche Cargo Markets and whether they offer higher yields and better prospects at the conference held October 27, 2009 in Barcelona, Spain.
		15th Annual North America/Central EuropeAirport Issues Conference Sonjia Murray, SH&E Vice President, gave a presentation on Regional Airport Developmentin Eastern and Central Europe at the conference, October 19, 2009 in Dubrovnik, Croatia

		ACI Europe’s Annual SMAG (Small & Medium Size Airports Group) Conference Eliot Lees, SH&E Vice President, gave a presentation titled Solutions for Small and Medium European Airports at the conference, October 5, 2009 in Brussels, Belgium. Mr. Lees discussed current trends in the aviation industry and opportunities for small/medium airports to address them.
		Integrated Operations Control Center (IOCC) 2009 Fall Conference Deborah Meehan, SH&E COO, was a featured presenter at the Integrated Operations Control Center (IOCC) 2009 Fall Conference in Dallas, Texas, September 29, 2009. Ms. Meehan discussed The Airline Industry Today, an assessment of the current aviation environment and a look forward at what’s to come.
		ALTA Aviation Law Americas Conference Captain Patrick Major, SH&E Vice President, Flight Operations and Air Carrier Certification, discussed GHG Emission Regulations for the Aviation Sector at the conference September 7-11, 2009 in Miami Florida. Captain Major examined the requirements and implications for airlines with the new European Union Emissions Trading Scheme.
		Florida Airports Council (FAC) Annual Conference Deborah Meehan, SH&E COO, presented "The Future of LCC's: Do They Grow Up to be Legacies?" at the conference, August 3, 2009 in Miami Beach, FL.
		Airports Council International – North America (ACI-NA) ACI World Business Partners/Associates Board Meeting Deborah Meehan, SH&E COO, presented a State of the Aviation Industry Outlook to the ACI World Business Partners/Associates Board Meeting on April 5, 2009 in Seattle, WA.
