STRATEGY is a PC-based passenger
revenue management system designed to allow airlines to respond
dynamically to market conditions. Revenue or yield management
allocates the best number of seats and overbookings per booking
class to maximize revenues. Developed by SITA and SH&E, Strategy
features advanced forecasting and flight optimization profiles,
allowing airlines to be proactive in planning their seat allocations.
It provides airline management with a comprehensive tool to be more
customer-driven, faster in responding to the market and more competitive.
Quick and easy
STRATEGY is quick to install,
easy to use and delivers tangible results. This intuitive point
and click system dramatically reduces staff training time
and improves productivity. A Graphical User Interface (GUI) allows
airline revenue management staff to navigate through menu-driven
screens quickly and easily.
STRATEGY integrates fully with
the GABRIEL Passenger Management Service and may also be interfaced
with other airline reservation systems. STRATEGY allows you to customize the user interface and offers ongoing enhancements
to keep pace with rapidly changing industry and market trends.
Global information, local processing
STRATEGY captures key flight
inventory information from the airlines reservations system.
The information is then processed and stored in a local database
where it is available for the calculation of optimized space control
and yield management recommendations (the flight inventory data
may be kept on the users PC for a year or more for reference).
