TEAM LEADERS
SH&E's Aircraft Management Program is headed by Gary Weissel, Vice President in SH&E’s Financial and Technical Services practice. Mr. Weissel has over 18 years of aviation expertise, spending nine years at Delta Airlines in engineering and management roles, and two years with B/E Aerospace's Seating Products Group as Senior Program Manager before joining SH&E to head its Aircraft Management Program. In addition to aircraft program management, Mr. Weissel is a senior member of SH&E's Safety Practice and technical audit team. His specialties include: interior design engineering, aircraft remarketing, and maintenance and quality auditing.
Andreas Britz, SH&E Principal. With more than 21 years of aviation experience. Mr. Britz is a leading VVIP management expert with a strong background in maintenance and interior managment at one of the world's leading VVIP completion centers. Prior to joining SH&E, Mr. Britz was an account manager for Lufthansa Technik in Hamburg, Germany, managing VVIP and Head of State aircraft programs on behalf of Lufthansa. Mr. Britz also spent 18 years of his time at Lufthansa in maintenance and maintenance operational management positions. He brings this wealth of experiences and skills to each of his assignments.
