Solicitation and Selection
SH&E’s Center For Airport  Management has a
detailed understanding of, and experience in, developing vendor solicitation, selection and evaluation processes that will meet public policy, airport policy, customer satisfaction and revenue generation needs. SH&E-CAM created the first program that mixed national brands with local brands - the PDX Oregon Market.
SH&E-CAM is nationally recognized for its expertise in the airport contracting process, which includes management methodology analysis, RFP development, contract agreement development, selection criteria, potential concessionaire outreach programs, tenant "performance standards" documentation, and contract negotiation assistance.
The Center also creates the tools and processes to facilitate the management of the design development, review and approval processes, as well as construction. Assistance with creating tenant design standards is another of SH&E-CAM’s services.
