Simat, Helliesen & Eichner (“SH&E”) has been retained by Capital Airwings Three S.A., (“Capital”) as a remarketing agent for the sale of one Airbus A318 Elite Aircraft with serial number 3886 (“the “Aircraft”).

Green Delivery of the aircraft occurred on April 29, 2009. Final delivery is expected in December 2009. Capital would like to forward sell the Aircraft before final delivery.

Capital and SH&E, reserve the right at any time and in its sole discretion to (a) reject all bids and terminate the sale or adjourn the sale to such other time or times as they may deem proper, and (b) impose any other commercially reasonable conditions upon the sale of the Aircraft as they may deem proper.
