The aircraft are each owned by individual Trust Indenture and Security Agreements.  The Trusts are managed by U.S. BankNational Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as Indenture Trustee.  U.S Bank National Association now wishes to sell the aircraft and has retained SH&E to act as its exclusive re-marketing agent to find a buyer or lessee.
