In the greater Los Angeles area, there are few facilities that meet the exacting requirements of today's aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, and maintenance businesses. One of these facilities is Palmdale Hangar Site 9, where easy access by road and air, a fast growing community, trained workforce, and existing infrastructure on 307 acres (124 hectares) make it one of the premier aviation-related business sites in the Antelope Valley region.

Located 76 miles northeast of LAX International Airport and 70 miles north of downtown Los Angeles, Site 9 is situated in the City of Palmdale, the heart of the Antelope Valley.  The Antelope Valley region spans the northeastern corner of Los Angeles County. Interstate Highway 5 and Highway 14 (the Antelope Valley Freeway) provide easy access from the Greater Los Angeles area.
