Consultant
Primarily responsible for a broad range of tasks and phases of consulting assignments. Responsible for efficient and effective analysis, research and methodology development that leads to appropriate findings and conclusions of consulting engagements. Support the Company’s sales and marketing direction and efforts, including the preparation of data required for proposals. Assist in the preparation of proposals within the pricing and staffing guidelines established by the Vice President. Recommend and develop new products and services in response to client needs on particular projects or as extensions, refinements and enhancements of existing SH&E products and services. Develop and maintain extensive business relationships within the transportation and related industries in order to identify, and qualify potential new business opportunities. Support and assist senior management in the overall management of the business.

Qualifications
BA/Bs degree in related field; MBA degree preferred. 4 to 6 years experience in a major function within the transportation industry or equivalent experience in management consulting or financial services. Thorough knowledge of key aspects of the transportation industry. Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively as a team member and to deal effectively with management, professional and clerical staff, and officials of other organizations in a professional manner.
