Primarily responsible for efficient and effective
analysis, research and methodology development that leads to appropriate
findings and conclusions of consulting engagements. Support the
Companys sales and marketing direction and efforts, including
the preparation of data required for proposals. Develop or adapt
methodologies in support of consulting engagements. Conduct research
related to situational analysis underlying proposal development
including identification and understanding of the problem. Management
projects including assignment of analytical and support staff, adherence
to timetables, quality standards and budget. Interface with clients
to gather data, present results of studies and analyses. Assist
in the training and development of analysts. Support and assist
senior management in the overall management of the business.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree in related field; MBA degree preferred. Minimum of
2 years experience in a major function within the transportation
industry or equivalent experience in management consulting with
transportation industry clients. Excellent interpersonal skills
to work effectively as a team member and to deal effectively with
management, professional and clerical staff, and individuals outside
the organization in a professional manner.
