Deborah T. Meehan, SH&E President
Area of Specialization
Ms. Meehan is the President of SH&E. She currently has primary responsibility for SH&E’s airport and public sector consulting assignments. Ms. Meehan has directed a number of major, high profile studies for airports in the U.S. and throughout the world. Her principal areas of expertise are air traffic demand analysis, demand management, regionalization, regulatory and privatization issues, and airport finance.

Background
Ms. Meehan has led air service studies for many of SH&E’s large airport clients including Los Angeles, Massport, Denver, Baltimore and Miami. Ms. Meehan has worked with numerous airports and their communities to assess their strengths, challenges, opportunities and threats as prospective markets for new air service initiatives. She understands the important role strong analytical research plays in effectively targeting potential new passenger and cargo service. In addition, her experience has also proven that research is one part of an overall strategy necessary to successfully attract new airline service to a market. Ms. Meehan has extensive experience managing subcontractors, meeting deadlines and making presentations to carriers.
