SH&E Awarded Aircraft Remarketing Mandate

Leading Aviation Consulting Firm’s Asset Management Practice Selected for Remarketing of Four Boeing 767-200ER Aircraft

NEW YORK. January 13, 2004. International air transport consultants SH&E, the world’s oldest and largest aviation consulting firm, has been awarded an exclusive mandate to remarket four Boeing 767-200ER aircraft, previously operated by Air Canada. The mandate was awarded by a group of U.S.-based investors.

“This is a another challenging task for us, but we are confident of placing these aircraft,” said SH&E Senior Vice President Clive Medland. “SH&E has remarketed nearly 200 aircraft over the last few years together with over a hundred engines, millions of dollars worth of spare parts, and airport facilities.”

The four 767-200s are ETOPS capable and have already attracted interest from the marketplace. The first two aircraft will flown into SH&E’s care this month, while the third and fourth aircraft will likely continue on short-term leases with Air Canada but are available to SH&E for transfer on 90-day notice.
