We are currently looking to add Analyst(s) to our New York office. The New York office positions require experience in finance.

The Analyst position is both demanding and challenging. The Analyst works on engagements with a team of professionals including Officers, VPs, Directors and Consultants. An Analyst’s responsibilities include the collection and synthesis of financial, economic, and transportation data; the creation of spreadsheet models, databases, statistical analyses, and graphical presentations.

Responsibilities
Conduct research and analysis in support of consulting engagements, proposals and marketing plans.

Become thoroughly familiar with aviation industry data sources and issues.

Interface with clients to gather data, present study results, or to assist in the completion of special on-site projects.

Develop and maintain databases used in proposals and research reports.

General Requirements

• BA/BS and an understanding of economics, finance, statistics, econometrics or a related field; MS degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• A commitment to a high quality work standard and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively as a team member and to deal effectively with management, professional and clerical staff, and individuals outside the organization in a professional manner.
• Professional oral and written communication skills.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Experience with SQL, a plus.
